Feast in the Field 2018
Join us for an exceptional evening of true farm-to-table dining, "al fresco" in the spectacular setting of the Red Dog Ranch at the base of Gibson Ridge.
Feast in the Field is a celebration of local food.
As you mingle under the open sky, you’ll notice cattle quietly grazing on the ranch. You’ll get to talk to local rancher Bill Parker of Parker Pastures, who practices holistic land management and produces sustainably raised beef and lamb in the Valley.
Your meal will be expertly prepared by Chefs Dana Zobs and Stacee VanAernem, who have been cooking together for 25 years and for whom fresh, local, and organic is the only way to cook.
